Clear purchase terms for CAP and PRO.
CaptureStack CAP and CaptureStack PRO are Windows software purchases. A verified payment creates a private license key that activates the purchased edition inside the app.
Legal review gate: final seller identity, target markets, taxes, support terms, and counsel approval must be confirmed before this page is treated as final public legal acceptance.
Product and price
Payment, delivery, and activation
The customer chooses CAP or PRO, pays through PayPal, and the CaptureStack payment backend verifies the order against the selected product, price, currency, and payment status. Only a verified payment may create a license.
The license key is delivered on the confirmation page and by transactional email when email delivery is operational. The customer activates the app using the purchase email and private license key inside CaptureStack.
Local privacy boundary
CaptureStack is built around user-directed capture. The app does not automatically send screenshots to ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, CaptureStack, or another service. The user chooses what to capture, keep, copy, drag, export, or share.
What still requires final owner approval
- Final seller legal name, address, jurisdiction, tax handling, and public support route.
- Final license duration, device limits, transfer policy, and upgrade policy.
- Final installer signing, release acceptance, and public download path.
- Final refund and withdrawal handling for the chosen markets.
